Saudi Arabia beheads Pakistani national convicted of drug smuggling

RIYADH: Saudi authorities on Monday beheaded a Pakistani man convicted of drug smuggling, the Interior Ministry said in a statement carried by the official Saudi Press Agency. The statement said Aminullah Khan Wali was arrested while trying to smuggle heroin into the kingdom. A Saudi court found him guilty of drug smuggling, it added. He was executed in the city of Dammam in eastern Saudi Arabia, said the statement.
