ISLAMABAD:Ruling PML-Q and its allied parties Media awareness committee of anti women customs bill 2007 have evolved important proposals and amendments for their presentation before party president Chaudhry Shujaat Hussain.

The committee met here Friday in parliament lodges under chairman minister of state for education Aneesa Zeb Tahir Kheli. Senator Rozina Aalam, MNAs Dr Donia Aziz, Gul Farkhanda, vice president PML women wing Nazli Shujaat and PML women wing information secretary Farzana Malik attended the meeting.

The lawyers panel led by Naheed Mehboob Elahi apprised the committee of all its clauses in the perspective of Pakistan act and penal code procedure. Certain proposals were incorporated in the bill during the discussion. The bill will be presented to Chaudhry Shujaat for approval.

Media committee will convene its meeting today. The reservations of district committee on the bill will be removed.
