ISLAMABAD: Prime Minister Shaukat Aziz ordering massive reshuffling in bureaucracy has transferred six Federal Secretaries and notification in this regard has been issued by establishment division.

According to the notification issued by establishment division on Saturday Secretary Minorities Affairs Division Mian Jamil has been deputed as Secretary Environment while Mian Sharif following his transfer from Secretary Environment has been deputed as Secretary Minorities Affairs Division.

Likewise, the Prime Minister has deputed Chairman Reinsurance Cooperation of Pakistan Mrs Nahid Haider as Secretary Port and Shipping, Secretary Tourism Saleem Gul Sheikh as Secretary Culture, Secretary Culture Jalil Abbas as Secretary Youth Affairs and Acting Secretary Youth Affairs M Saleem as Secretary Women.

The decision in this effect was taken following reviewing the performance of secretaries and with the consultations of ministers of respective ministries of secretaries, sources said.

Sources further said that more transfers are expected in bureaucracy in few days.
