MUZAFFARABAD, June 30 (Online): Declaring Gilgit Baltistan part of Kashmir, Prime Minister Azad Kashmir Sardar Attique Ahmed Khan has categorically stated that division of Kashmir would not be accepted at any cost. Winding up the budget debate in AJK Legislative Assembly, Sardar Attique Ahmed said that State of Jammu and Kashmir consisted of five parts covered the area of 86742 square mile and any conspiracy to its division would be foiled .

Commenting on Jihad, the AJK Prime Minister said that confusion was created by some elements on the name of Jihad, adding that these elements used Jihad for gaining their personal interests. Expressing his grief and sorrow over the loss of precious lives and devastation caused by recent floods and storms in Balochistan and Sindh, Sardar Attique Ahmed Khan announced Rs. 5 million each for these two provinces. Emphasizing steps taken by the government for the rehabilitation of quake-affected people, the AJK Prime Minister said that a master plan would be implemented in this regard, adding there is no shortage of resources in this regard. The AJK Prime Minister has also expressed congratulation to Golden Brown on assuming the post of British Prime Minister and inclusion of three Pakistani origin ministers in the cabinet.
