Actions of CJP |
Please convey my message to CJP that he can not hear each and every case. If he wants to provide justice to the nation then he should first sort out all the corrupt judiciary and take suo moto actions against them. If he thinks he does not know them then he should get the help of the Bar associations who are supporting him. Judiciary does not become indepenent only by passing decisions against the govt. He should take suo moto action against open blunders of Benazir, Nawaz Sharif, sittng ministers who are on bail, against Governor Sindh who is a nominated accused in Hakim Saeed's murder, against the fudal lords, and against all those judges who have joined this profession only to make huge sums of money in days. I assure you all that CJP is only showing jugglary to the nation by taking suo moto actions against those cases which are the standards of even Class III magistrates. I suggest that he should take action every incident happening in Pakistan through the judges of respective areas, visit various courts and examine their decisions and authorise his judges in the Session courts to take suo moto actions in their areas of responsibility. Check the performance of the judges by going through their decisions and reviewing them by a panel of capable judges. Adulterers and counterfeiters are making money at the cost of gen public's health and are looting excise duty, sales tax and income tax but I have yet to see some one being punished from the courts. CJP should issue direction to his team of judges at all levels to uphold the justice and any one found not doing his job should be made an example. Let the respect of courts come back and show the world that our courts are honest, upright and delivering justice in every nook and corner of the country. CJP, you have not yet impressed the nation so far. Judicary was never let down by other but only your own colleagues. Forget about the persons who joined you in processions because most of them were the criminals. must take care of them.
