The Free and Fair Election Network (FAFEN) (a social organization) revealed that the elections were badly rigged across the country as the polling turnout was witnessed more than 100 per cent and at some polling stations, the turnout was recorded more than 200 and 300 percent.

Apart from that, all politcial parties from the very first day of polling day alleged that the elections 2013 has been rigged. Every political party supporters take to the streets in protest. Meanwhile, ECP decided to review complaints lodged against rigging.

a: Do you support that ECP should held May 2013 elections again?
b: If yes, what are the chances that the re-election process will be free and fair?
c: What processes should be taken by ECP in order to conduct free and fair elections?
