US should not underestimate strength of Muslims: Afgan

ISLAMABAD: Federal Minister for Parliamentary Affairs Dr Sher Afgan Niazi on Tuesday said that Jews are not our well-wishers slamming US Presidential Candidates recent statements adding that they are not aware of the strength of the Muslims. Federal Minister for Parliamentary Affairs Dr Sher Afgan Niazi expressed these views in Senate during heated debate on Foreign Policy on Tuesday. Sher Afgan slammed the recent statement of US Presidential Candidates terming it bias adding that our relations with US cannot move forward. He further said that US-India Nuclear deal will not affect Pakistan, however it is meant to strangle hold on China. He was of the view that US interference will not be tolerated in our internal matters. He said that Bush Administration must take notice of the recent statements of US Candidates as such statements are maligning the image of the country and are signally an open war in this regard. He further added that Congress and Bush Administration must give an apology. MMA's Senator Abdul Rahim Mando Khel during the debate told Senate that incidents of terrorism and extremism are escalating. He accused President Musharraf for pushing county towards secularism and ending Pakistan's Islamic and Cultural values. Foreign Policy has failed. Today Pakistan is alone in the Comity of Nations due to its alliance with the US on war on Terror, he underlined.
