Shehbaz Sharif to return to Pakistan before budget session

Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) president Shehbaz Sharif on Tuesday announced to return to Pakistan before the start of the budget session in the National Assembly. The National Assembly opposition leader said that he would be present in the budget session. “I have even instructed my party to prepare my speech,” he said.
Shehbaz Sharif claimed that he was not out of the country “for his own happiness, but for a medical examination”. “All my medical test results have been cleared due to the grace of God and I will be with public soon,” he said. He said that the country had been stuck in a plethora of problems for which the government had no solution. “This trend of unemployment and inflation has shaken the country. The government’s failure did not stay hidden for too long and the troubled nation is missing our tenure now,” he said. “The PML-N’s only crime is that it ensured peace, development and prosperity in the country whereas people are now starving and unable to afford two meals.
The people are scared of the ongoing inflation,” he added. “This incompetent government will not be able to stand if people affected by unemployment and poverty come out on the street against them,” he said. Shehbaz said that he had not escaped as his political opponents claimed. “I will prove them wrong by coming back to the country after the medical tests are completed,” he said.
