BAHRAIN: Prime Minister Shaukat Aziz has said that Pakistan values its relations with Bahrain and wants the two countries to take advantage of each other`s expertise.

He said this during stopover here en route to Yemen on Sunday. Prime Minister Bahrain, Khalifa Bin Suleman Al Khalifa received the Prime Minister at the airport.

The two leaders agreed on promoting bilateral ties. They discussed matters of mutual interest and regional and international issues.

Prime Minister Shaukat Aziz said that Pakistan and Bahrain are connected through religious, cultural and historic links and the two countries not only have taken advantage of each other`s expertise but also assisted at different occasions. He said that Pakistan values its relations with Bahrain and would play a role in its promotion.

The Bahrain PM hoped that relations between the two brethren countries would strengthen with the passage of time.
