NEW YORK: Mian Shahbaz Sharif Former Chief Minister Punjab and President Pakistan Muslim League PML-N admitting the attack at the Supreme Court of Pakistan as a mistake, tendered his apologies to the nation on Tuesday.

He gave an assurance that there will be no repetition of the mistake. He maintained that Nawaz Sharif will necessarily go to Pakistan if he is stopped then in that case we have other options available that cannot be made public at the time being.

Addressing Pakistani community and members of the Muslim League USA Mian Shahbaz Sharif said that we have committed many errors that include the mistake of attack at the Supreme Court as an independent judiciary stands guarantee to the integrity of the country.

The Supreme Court decision on the Steel Mills case is like wind of fresh air. The judiciary has realized but still the test of judiciary is left. We will see whether judiciary is really free. We will see when it will come to issues pertaining the constitutional matters.

He lamented that there is injustice in the country and decisions can be 'bargained for'. The principle of might is right prevails. Today too the military government is following the same dictum.

For thirty years we are facing the government of force. Military government is a cause of embarrassment. The democracy is founded on the orders of the military.

Mian Shahbaz Sharif President Pakistan Muslim League PML-N in his emotionally charged speech said the Pakistan of Quaid-i-Azam was founded through sacrifices now its divided. If the next elections are held as the 2002 elections than the situation will worsen.

As long as Nawaz Sharif and Benazir Bhutto are present in Pakistan for the elections the credibility of the elections cannot be certain. Without there return change in Pakistan is not possible and without change Pakistan cannot progress.

Referring to the Charter of Democracy Shahbaz Sharif said yesterday's foes are Todays friends, nothing is impossible in politics.
