Nephew cheats his disabled uncle of property

ISLAMABAD: A disabled man hailing from Haripur district has been cheated out of his 18 Kanal property by his wicked nephew.

One illiterate commoner Muhammad Ashraf, disabled by both his legs, has lodged his FIR against his nephew Fayyaz Ahmad Mughal s/o Manga Khan r/o Makhnial who pretend to be a journalist, and drives a stolen Pajero replete with "PRESS" plate used illegal means and connived with the local patwaris to have the 18 Kanal of land transferred in his name.

When the case was filed against the culprit, he reportedly resorted to pulling out his gun on his hapless uncle threatening him with dire consequences.

The hapless disabled citizen has pleaded for protection, while the SSP Haripur has ordered action against the criminal.
