N Korea to cut all dialogue with S Korea
03 April, 2008
SEOUL: North Korea will suspend all dialogue with South Korea after failing to win an apology for remarks by a Seoul general, the communist state`s official media reported Thursday.
The Korean Central News Agency (KCNA) was disclosing the contents of a message delivered earlier to Seoul by military authorities, which threatened "countermeasures".
KCNA said South Korea was responsible for the North`s decision to suspend all dialogue and block the border passage to Seoul military and civilian officials.
End.
