Muslims facing problems because they are not united: Imam-e-Kaaba

ISLAMABAD: Imam-e-Kaaba Sheikh Khalid Al Ghamidi said on Monday 27,April,2015 that Muslims are facing problems because they are not united.
He was addressing the parliamentarians on Monday in Islamabad. The Imam-e-Kaaba said that Muslim world should unite against all evils. He said that Islam teaches brotherhood and humanity. Imam-e-Kaaba made the visit on invitation by National Assembly Speaker Ayaz Sadiq.

Members of parliament present on the occasion offered their prayers behind Imam-e-Kaaba. He led the evening prayers in the Parliament House and prayed for the solidarity of Muslim world. He was warmly welcomed at the Parliament House where he watched the session of the house from the visitor’s gallery.

Minister of Religious Affairs Sardar Muhammad Yousaf welcomed him on the behalf of the parliament and said that Imam-e-Kaaba was received with so much love everywhere in Pakistan. Maulana Fazalur Rehman said that Pakistan will stand with Saudi Arabia in every trouble. The Imam-e-Kaaba also met President Mamnoon Hussain, who said that Pakistan stands by Saudi Arabia and is committed to protect the sanctity of the Two Holy Mosques. He was talking to Imam-e-Kaaba Al-Sheikh Dr. Khalid Al-Ghamdi, who called on him at the Presidency.

The president stated that the people and government of Pakistan have the greatest regard for Saudi Arabia. He said that a large Pakistani diaspora in Saudi Arabia was playing the role of a bridge between the two countries. Speaking on the occasion, Imam-e-Kaaba said that deep-rooted relations between the two brotherly countries are based on strong foundations.
