NWFP government ministers were not capable to do the job of their respective ministries and on the other hand they wanted to become Mufti and Sheikhul Islam, he accused He appreciated that 80 percent people from NWFP rejected the announcement of their government for which " I am " grateful to the people. "I am also grateful to PPP and JUI-F which had respected decision of Ruet-e-Hilal Committee and rejected NWFP government announcement", he remarked.
