ISLAMABAD, September 04(Online): Minister of State for Foreign Affairs Makhdoom Khusro Bakhtiyar while talking to a British delegation has condemned in categorical terms the 7/7 blasts in London and stressed upon his interlocutors that British Muslims should not feel marginalized and continue to be a part of the UK social, economic and political mainstream.

A four members British delegation currently on a weeklong good will visit to Pakistan met with Minister of State for Foreign Affairs Makhdoom Khusro Bakhtiyar on Saturday and exchanged views with him on the matters of mutual interest.

The Minister of State briefed the visiting group about the ongoing composite dialogue peace process with India and also dilated upon the progress Pakistan has made in the socio-economic field in the past several years besides highlighting the political reforms introduced by the Government by developing power to the grassroots level.

He reiterated that President of Pakistan's vision of enlightened moderation provides necessary means for effectively combating the menace of international terrorism by addressing its root causes.

The Minister of State appraised the Visiting British delegation of the rights and privileges available to minorities in Pakistan.

End.
