ISLAMABAD: Minister Finance Ishaq Dar, Monday, briefed the Prime Minister about the budget session of the Parliament Prime Minister Muhammad Nawaz Sharif here PM House.

During the meeting, Dar briefed the Prime Minister about the budget session of the Parliament and also apprized him that a comprehensive and constructive discussion on the budgetary proposals was taking place in both houses of the parliament.

The Prime Minister was also briefed about various proposals and recommendations put forward by members of the Parliament during debate on the budget. The Prime Minister appreciated the interest that the budget document has evoked among the members of parliament in particular and among public in general.

While talking to Mr Dar, the Prime Minister said that budget was prepared with the objective to give maximum relief to the common man and to stabilize the country's economy.
