ISLAMABAD: The Federal Minister for Information and Broadcasting, Muhammad Ali Durrani has ridiculed the forthcoming ?APC ? in London as ?Few parties Conference?.

While talking to journalists today, he condemned the politicians trying to run their political shows in foreign lands, while the entire nation was faced with the calamity of cyclones and floods.

Replying to a question regarding the recent statement of Chief Election Commissioner, he said that it possibly pertained about the post-election schedule, and said that President has only addressed public gatherings in regards to developmental projects and National issues, since masses desire his live participation, on such occasions.

Replying to a question he said that, constitution reflects there options regarding the tenure of assemblies, according to which either the President can Dissolve assemblies at any given time, secondly the assemblies should complete its constitutional tenure, and lastly the tenure of assemblies can be extended through promulgation of an emergency.

Muhammad Ali Durrani has said that the government desires that the assemblies complete their constitutional tenure.
