NEW DELHI: New Delhi has expressed shock at the attack on Islamic and Sikh places of worship in London in the wake of 7/7 (date of London Bombing) events.

An External Affairs Ministry spokesman said in New Delhi that such attacks go against the spirit of pluralism and religious freedom which the United Kingdom upholds.

He also expressed the hope that the perpetrators of these attacks will be apprehended very soon.
