2 bullet-riddled bodies found in Balochistan

QUETTA: Two bullet-riddled bodies were found in Mastung district and the provincial capital on Wednesday.
One of the bodies was found in Zehri Qazt area of Dasht district of Mastung. According to Balochistan Levies official Abdul Kareem, some passers-by spotted the body and informed the nearby Levies station. The officers rushed to the spot and shifted the body to the Civil Hospital Quetta.
"The body had bullet wounds in the head," a Levies official said, adding that the identity of the deceased could not be ascertained until the filing of this report.
Meanwhile, the same day, another bullet-riddled body was found in Sardar Karez area in the Shalkot Police Station precincts in Quetta.
According to police, some people spotted the body and informed them about it. They rushed to the spot and cordoned off the area and shifted the body to the Civil Hospital. The identity of the deceased could not be ascertained. Balochistan Levies and police personnel registered separate cases against unidentified persons and started investigations.
