I don't think India or BCCI are to blamed for ICC's decision.
India's very own IPL-20 is playing in South Africa due to security concerns.
Also the writer saying that the situation could change is in very bad taste and what he is referring to shows his lowest and not the least bit regard for human life. |

BCCI and RAW
RAW has total influence over BCCI. It was RAW rather than BCCI, who cooperated with ICC to oust Pakistan from hosting world cup. RAW and India are so jealous of Pakistan, that they do not want to see Pakistan succeeding in any area, be it political, social or cricket. |
